OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Giesecke & Devrient looking for a Customer Service Engineer where you gets the opportunity of working with world leading technology within the telecom industry. Giesecke & Devrient work within several industries such as Telecon, Finance and OEM. You will together with your team work at the servicedesk department at the Stockholm based office. You work directly with customers and follow up on customer interactions through documentation, analyze and assess all revevant information to handle all product and service inquiries.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Giesecke & Devrient is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate will be employed directly by Geisecke & Devirent.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Customer Service Engineer you will work with keeping records of customer interactions and transactions by responding promptly to their inquiries. You will prepare and distribute customer activity reports and maintain the documentations within CMDB & RCA. You have engagement with internal customers to define and document requirements for new capabilities and deliver standardized soulotions to meet customers needs. You also perform health checks, remediation plans and communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

For example, you will:
* Effectively troubleshoot and provide resolutions to end user iddues as a support resource

* Perform basic configuration and set up to facilitate new/ existing functionality
* Analyze existing programs and procedures to provide guidance on improving efficency
* Effectively document design and development work in line with change management procedures

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* University Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or Telecommunication Courses

* Fluent in English with strong written and oral skills
* Basic understanding of network communication (tcp/ip, ports etc)
* Familiar and comfortable with servers in Linux environments
* Basic understanding of databases (Oracle, NoSql)
* Scripting Experience of bash, perl, python etc
