Job description

At PDU 4G5G RAN Product Integration and Release (PIR), our responsibility is to ensure that the quality and functionality of both LTE and 5G RAN to fulfill our customer expectations. Today we work in an international environment with colleagues in Europe, Asia, and North America. We are looking for software developers to our teams with a strong interest in both verification and DevOps. At PDU 4G5G PIR we work with the product end-to-end enabling a very broad view of the complete system in a customer like environment.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, possesses strong team working and communication skills, and are highly motivated in learning the 4G/5G wireless protocols. We expect you to always act with flexibility and find solutions better than yesterday.

PDU 4G5G is leading the transition towards Lean and Agile and we work with continuous improvements and Scrum/Kanban in our daily operation. Automation is a central part of our daily work. Short feedback loops are important in our development process, which is based on Continuous Integration practices.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent English Skills
Scripting (Python/Perl/Bash or similar)
Programming in Java, C/C++ or equivalent
Communication skills
Knowledge sharing & Collaboration skills
Coaching & Mentoring skills
Team player

Preferred qualifications & experience requirements:

Knowledge in Cloud
Lean & Agile Knowledge and Skills
Linux environment
