We are now looking for an experienced Requirement Analyst that wants to be a part of an exciting system area with almost 50 members. The organization is divided in one platform team and five agile scrum teams, each with a Team Lead, that focus on support, maintenance and business improvements. In this role, you will work within an agile environment and your deliveries will make a big difference for our business. You will work in a cross-functional team that is building applications that will support part of the business working with buying and production. You will get to know the flow from the idea of a product to an actual product in the store! Our system called Castor is our big PLM (Product Life Cycle) system that we can say is the heart of the production process.

To be successful in this role we believe you are driven, structured, inspiring and like to be the central part in a team. Working together with people in different roles, as well as interpreting, clarifying needs and requirements comes natural to you. Therefore, it is important to have great communication skills in this role and to know which tools and methods to use in different situations.

Our business is placed in Stockholm and Asia and the teams are based in Sweden and India.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Requirements Analyst at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:
- Analyse and specify requirements from business and IT
- Make delivery plans, closely together with the delivery manager and business
- Coordinate requirements with surrounding systems
- Develop solutions together with architects, developers and testers
- Communicate about solutions with development and test team
- Modelling – information modelling and mock-ups
- Maintain requirement documentation

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.

And your skills include:

- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in requirements analysis
- Experience from working with development teams
- You have experience of working agile (SCRUM).
- Experience from information modelling
- Experience from working with Mock-ups
- Good communications skills, both in English and Swedish

Travels might occur.

Qualifying
- Experience from web and standard systems
- UX experience
- Experience from working with offshore teams is an advantage
