What we are looking for

We are looking for an awesome Senior Windows Phone Developer with experience in writing simple and efficient code and passion for great user experience. You will be responsible for enabling and performing highly efficient application development, improving the Truecaller service and apps for Windows Phone platform in terms of usability and on different devices. 

Being one of the key roles in our Mobile Engineering team, you are deeply involved in the whole cycle of product development on Windows Phone, from idea generation to delivery and analysis. you will be part of a talented, international software team that works on mission-critical applications for more than 85 million users worldwide. 
Your responsibilities

• Write simple, understandable, testable, and efficient code with focus on solid technical stability and great user experience
• Drive technical improvement by applying software craftsmanship in everyday work as well as by identifying and leading larger refactoring/improvement initiatives
• Drive implementation of complex features and design work within team
• Drive cross team technical initiatives
• Participate in and contribute to team’s Agile practices
• Implement automation tests on UI and Unit level within the team’s responsibility area
• Mentor and coach teammates to help them learn and grow within their profession
• Act as a role model within team with regards to maintaining high engineering standards, commitment to the product and respect and attitude towards others 

What we want you to have

• Deep understanding and several years hands-on experience in .NET and Windows Phone application development (architectures, design, tools, SDKs), asynchronous server communication and XAML UI development
• Advanced knowledge of object oriented programming using C# and/or other languages like C++, Java or Objective-C
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other relevant degree
• Ability to write simple, robust, and mobile-friendly code with great user experience
• Experience from unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, Moq
• Experience of agile development
• Fluent in English, in speaking and writing
