As a IT Technician at our helpdesk you will be a part of our team that provides IT support and administration to our business globally. As IT Technician you will have contact with system suppliers and support in order to give best possible service to users. We have about 500 workstations and an equal number of users who needs PC and application support in varying degrees.

You will be placed in Vika, Falun and you report to Global IT Manager.

Your responsibilities
Receive and administer IT-related incidents
Troubleshoot and fix standard issues and assist users with PC related problems
Software support, PC, phone, printer and other equipment
Application support EXEMPEL
User administration in Active Directory
Documenting solutions and instructions
Contribute to develop procedures and working methods

The successful candidate will have the following profile

Experiences:
Upper secondary diploma. It´s a plus if you have diploma from post-secondary training in relevant field
Broad knowledge in IT, hardware (PC) and software
Preferably at least 2 years? experience from relevant field of work
Preferably experience from Helpdesk work
Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office, Windows 7, IOS
Basic knowledge in systems administration; Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, PC Encryption software

Personal skills:

Good technical understanding and likes problem solving
Service minded and communicative
Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
