Sandvik is about to replace its own on-premise global HCM solution (PeopleSoft) with the cloud-based solution Workday. Sandvik IT GSS in Sandviken is now offering two challenging and rewarding positions to be part of our exciting journey through the new IT landscape. We are looking for flexible and analytical Integration Solution Architects with experience in developing and maintaining integration between Workday and its partners. Job Summary
As a Workday Integration Solution Architect at Sandvik you work primarily within Sandvik IT with Workday integration activities, focusing mainly on the most strategic and complex projects. You interact closely with Sandvik business clients to ensure successful deployments of Workday’s various integration products, tools, and services, and you also manage the many integration deliverables associated with Workday. With your in-depth knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture design principals, common ERP integration design patterns and Workday’s various integration technologies and implementation methodology, your combined skills deliver successful integration deployments.

We are looking for someone with a degree in IT and with at least five years of experience from implementing integration solutions with ERP software, as well as Human Resources and payroll software applications experience. Good knowledge of Sandvik IT and our processes, models and frameworks is beneficial, and it is an advantage if you are familiar with working in systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, Dynamics or other SaaS and on-premise ERP systems.

You also have at least two years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors, such as
Command of Service-Oriented Architecture concepts, APIs, Web Services, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, Net, JSON or other integration technologies. You also have at least two years of Workday integration implementation experience related to the Workday HCM information model. Experience with Fusion, WebLogic, WebMethods, WebSphere or other middleware is considered a plus. As we operate in an international setting, we expect you to have excellent skills in English, in both speaking and writing. Knowledge of Swedish is not required in this position, but it is advantageous.
