We are hiring at Skånemejerier / Lactalis. We are looking for our next IT Technician to join the IT department. Are you a customer service focused IT Technician with strong inter-personal skills and experience in problem investigations and solving? Chances are you will be our new team member!

About the job

The position is located in Malmö at our Head Quarter and will be internal-client service focused.
You will be reporting to the IT Operations Manager.
We are looking for a person whose passion for excellence will contribute to process and people efficiencies that help make Skånemejerier a great place to work at.

About You

The ideal candidate would have previous experience from 1st and 2nd line IT support which includes following areas:

- Monitoring Service Desk Tool, keep track of tickets (Incidents and Service Requests).
- Asset Management ? Keep inventory up to date, Delivery & Return equipment accordingly to SLA.
- Client management; Deploy computers, handling images and software distribution.
- Patch Management.
- Interacting with suppliers and other 3rd part to solve incidents.
- Provide end user training as necessary ad-hoc, meetings, or as user documentation.
- Maintain end user FAQ\documentation.
- Experience in ITIL, preferable certified ITIL foundation

Furthermore you have experience from Microsoft infrastructure and clients. You are skilled in client management, preferably Microsoft SCCM. Experience from working with IT in an industrial environment, including hardware like hand scanners, truck pc, label printers etc. is of great advantage.
We expect the ideal candidate to be able to work in team as well as independently. You should be able to work across borders.
