Test Developer with Java Script skills

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Participate in development/maintenance of testing environment & equipment
• Create and maintain automated test cases for all software levels, and automated test solutions (black, gray and white box)
• Define detailed test cases with their coverage for functional/non-functional requirements/features from Software Requirement Specifications
• Support developers in written test cases, and follow up on the test cases quality and coverage
• Enter defect reports in the project’s approved defect tracking system
• Follow up and write technical reports from testing
• Participate in the development of test planning and test procedure documentation

We are looking for a talented Test developer to join our team in Mjärdevi. We work in an Linux environment and you need to have a background in software development and preferably have experience from working with IPTV and DVB.

Our Test Developer is part of every aspect of testing – from the planning, process improvements, tool development to the coordination of tests and all the way to conducting the manual and automated testing.

We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, loves a hands on role and being part of the operational execution while keeping the end results in mind. We also need you to have an eye for details and a good sense of risk management.
