Content Creation Specialist

The Content Marketing and Production team achieves business goals by maximizing the impact of content. We handle the creation and distribute relevant and valuable content to attract, acquire and engage a clearly defined target audience in order to drive profitable customer action. As a Content Creation Specialist, you play an important role for Sandvik Coromant in the successful launch and marketing of an attractive and competitive product, solution and service offering. The location is flexible.

Key performance areas
As a Content Creation Specialist your main activities will be to develop creative and compelling content that increases awareness and brand visibility and enhances audience engagement, for the purpose of growing the business. To be able to define content and support the communication plans, the work will be carried out in close co-operation with the Content Marketing Specialist.

In this role you will:
- conceive, write and deliver compelling, keyword-rich, actionable content for a range of media (online, digital, social, mobile and print) targeted at internal and external audiences
- write content that speaks to various persons and market segments, creating a user experience for the reader
- synthesize complex content into compelling, actionable content that produces high response rates and optimal search rates
- responsible for the written content based on the brief research, approvals, fact-checking, key wording, editing and final proofing
- fact-check and proofread written content
- continually develop/improve content, working methods and strategies
- create and maintain documentation templates (for both internal and external use) as well as style guides, wordlists and other supportive templates

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in marketing or communication, or a combination of experience and verifiable successes that demonstrate a clear substitute for formal education. You have three to five years' experience working with SEO content, PR, online business writing, social media and content management in a business context, as well as three to five years proven writing and editing experience working with and writing about products and services. Excellent communication skills in English, in both writing and speaking, are a prerequisite for this position.

As a person, it is important that you are driven, structured and independent. You are communicative and outgoing and enjoy the challenge of delivering quality within a tight time schedule, in a fast and flexible environment. To create good and efficient content marketing material, it is important that you have the ability to write content, copy and messaging in a variety of styles, voices and tones, adaptable to different target audiences, product categories and branding initiatives.
