Marketing Tech framework developer

Tobiigaming.com is looking for yet another front-end web developer to join one of our highly skilled, cross-functional teams to work on our customer facing (PC Gamer) website for continuous development for a site that will change the world of human interaction.

We are still not looking to develop or maintain just another website, we are using it to change the way the world interacts with their eyes – driving growth marketing in a larger tech stack with devs, designers, data analysts, and experts.

The right digital specialist will play a crucial role in defining and evolving Tobii’s efforts of securing the commercial success of eye tracking in the market of computer gaming.

The role and responsibilities

As a front-end web developer in Tobii, you will be a part of our feature teams interacting with cross-functional teams from growth, sales to gaming software, support and product to contribute to a world-class eye tracking experience, contributing to deliverables as well as identifying levers to optimize growth, and learning through data.

You will report to the CMO.

Your days will be filled with
Improve and create the growth marketing web platform
Implement the user experience design language across web platforms
Building world-class web platforms and tools
Inspire the people around you with exciting real-time results, being part of a scrum process

We are looking for someone with

To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we expect you to have
BA/BS degree in Computer Engineering/Science
4+ years of related development experience in building world class web platforms and applications using Wordpress, HTML5, JavaScript and PHP
Strong modern UX understanding and knowledge of current trends, Mobile First
Expert working with different frontend tech stacks: libraries, frameworks, testing, etc.
Experience with front-end libraries like jQuery
Experience with versioning systems, preferably Git
Have experience with CSS/SASS
Experience working with Gulp & Webpack
Experience with setting up Web Data, Tag Managers (GTM, Segment)
Experience with Google AMP for Wordpress

If you have previous experience with building web applications using React/Flux that is considered a merit. As a person, we believe you have the passion and dedication to write highly scalable, reliable code. We also believe you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
