Zynapp, a Swedish startup company with a diligent goal, has since the past few years been working on the development for their mobile application and have now reached the point where it is time to blow the big horn and go global. The company currently consists of 20 employees located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Karlstad. Academic Work has been given the trust to recruit new colleagues to their centrally located office in Karlstad, where you will join a team who, just like you, have a strong passion for frontend development.

Zynapp is a software mobile application built to organize all digital footprints the user leaves. In a new and groundbreaking way the app helps the user find and tailor information related to names, time and location. The logic of the application is based on the synapses of the brain, and the target of the company is to reach 100 million users globally.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Zynapp is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Zynapp.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Android Developer you will work with UI implementation and frontend functionality. You will work in close contact with three different areas within graphic design, logistic and interface/transport. Your sense of color and shape will be crucial while working with graphic design.
Together with the UX-developer you will have a close collaboration during the implement face. You will above all work in development environments such as Scrum, Git, Java, Android studios etc.

You will have job duties such as:

* Working with agile methods in close collaboration with the UX designer
* Implement Android solutions for A/B testing

This position is suitable for those who have working experience from developing commercial applications. Furthermore our client is looking for those who enjoy being in a creative and developing environment, and wants to be part of a start-up company where “the sky is the limit”.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You hold a Bachelor or Master in Information system sciences, Computer engineer or testing. Either you are newly graduated, or you have a couple of years of experience in testing or programming.

Specifically requested skills:

• As part of Zynapps team it is important that you have a burning interest in information technology and technique.

• Experience from Android- development and commercial applications.

• Good knowledge in English, written and spoken, is of great importance since all communication and internal meetings will be held in English

Since you will work tightly-knit together with Zynapps developers it is important that you truly enjoy collaborations and are open to further development and changes. During working peaks, you need to be able to maintain a good structure to be effective and perform.
You care about the users, considering them as customers, and see the full picture from the platform and 3rd parties to the user experience. Your colleagues at Zynapp are working hard to turn their vision into reality, therefor we are looking for a candidate that have the same ambition.
