Product Manager Assembly Tools

This role will provide you with the challenge of having global responsibility for a strategic product portfolio, consisting of pneumatic and battery assembly tools, and ensuring its continued success and growth in target segments.

OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is looking for a Product Manager to our customer Atlas Copco. You will take full ownership of your product portfolio across all phases of the product life cycle with customer satisfaction as the foundation of all your activities. The mission will include developing and implementing business plans for our cordless offering and our direct driven pneumatic tool range including future product portfolio planning.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
With a strong understanding of Atlas Copco's customers’ needs, combined with your knowledge of the market, you will develop market analyses that form the foundation for portfolio related projects, such as product development. To be successful in your mission you will work closely with the global sales organization to develop the right marketing strategies and marketing material as well as efficiently executing product launches, training and field activities

The position will give you a good understanding of the entire Atlas Copco Industrial Technique business, as well as generous career opportunities within the company. This, and your close collaboration with the technical development teams and other functions, will provide you with a great opportunity to create visible results in the organization. Lastly, as you will work in an international environment you will have approximately 80 days of travelling and the chance to establish a vast international network.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You hold a Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent. Fluency in English is a requirement, whereas another additional language is qualifying. To be successful in this role, you need two to five years of work experience, preferably in a technical marketing or sales role with international exposure. It is an advantage if you previously have worked with industrial power tools or other associated products.

As Product Manager you need to understand how important it is to always keep commitments towards our customers, build strong relationships and instil trust. You are result-focused and get things done. Given your great judgement and ability to analyse, you easily take on issues that may arise and know how and when to prioritize what and why. It is also important that you communicate effectively in order to clarify your will and carry through your proposals and ideas throughout the organization. Last but not least, you always represent Atlas Copco in a professional way – both to customers and others.
