Android or iOS Lead Developer – IKEA Mobile App team

It also means developing a number of solutions to meet the needs of our customer and co-workers today and tomorrow.

The main responsibility as Lead Developer is to lead the software app development done on an Android or iOS platform. You will be the role model for other developers in your team in terms of IKEA culture and ways of working. We expect you to be an excellent coder with the ability to quickly adapt to market trends and with the willingness to share with the other team members. In this role, you are a vital part of our core IKEA Store app team.

You will:
Work in a local agile team setup with a mix of IT, business and UX competences.
Be involved in design teams implementing our new solutions.
Be responsible for the team software quality, design and maintainability.
Be active in the areas continuous improvement efforts both by proposing new ideas and by implementing the agreed initiatives in your team.
Use your experience to help the development team to find better ways of doing things and improve their skills.
This is a fulltime role based in Helsingborg.

- Full-stack experience (UI, backend, dev-ops & test automation)
- Solid background working in an agile environment and teams
