OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Leica Geosystems Technology AB looking for a driven and committed frontend developer who wants to help digitize the heavy construction industry and contribute to a more sustainable world.

You will be a part of Leica Geosystems Technology AB’s developing program that will last during 12 months where you will together with three other newly graduated get the chance to kick start your career. As a part of the program, a mentor will be offered and you will get continuous training in e.g. SCRUM, testdriven development or other more domain-specific training with in machine control, geodesi and metrology. After 6 and 12 months, you also will be offered a Cornerstone training. Furthermore, you will be surrounded by competent colleagues and belong to a team that is working agile.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Leica Geosystems Technology AB. The intention from Leica Geosystems Technology AB is that they after the program will offer you a permanent employment, given that all parts are satisfied with the cooperation.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a frontend developer, your main task will be to design and shape the company’s web application ComX. This includes everything between developing design suggestion after discussions with product owners to realize the design.

For example, you will:

* improve and develop the user experience for the ConX-user
* realize the design by yourself or together with developers

This position suits you who want to get at kick start in your career and want to be a part of an international company that wants to contribute to your continued development.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for you who have an postgraduate degree in design. You have a great interest for design, an eye for details and likes to create creative solutions that gives a great user experience. Furthermore we are looking for you who have good skills in english, both written and spoken.

It will be considered an additional qualification if you:

* have experience of frontend development
* have experience in HTML and CSS
* have experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* have experience of any wireframe tool for creating prototypes
* have worked with any of Bootstrap, AngularJS, Grunt.

As a person, you are committed, curious and have a great desire to learn more. You love to solve problem and drives to come up with the best solution. You dare to ask if anything is unclear and it’s easy to communicate your thoughts and ideas. You enjoy working in teams and are good at cooperating.
