The role and responsibilities

• Work with conversion and optimization across web, email, blog, e-commerce, software

• Accountable for all basic tactical execution and campaign delivery based on lean analytics

• Analyze and act on data (quantitative, qualitative and comparative) to refine the unique value proposition of our amazing product experience

• Drive the organic, paid and earned content direction

• Manage digital campaigns, including working with designers, copywriters, marketing, and analytics team

• In this role, you will be using funnel metrics that supports Tobii Tech marketing tactics and marketing processes working in cross-functional teams, contributing to deliverables and identifying levers to optimize growth!

We are looking for someone with

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business or mathematics and at least 4 years of experience
• A passion for web UX, Content and Landing pages and extremely comfortable with working and building pages in CMS (Wordpress, Modern CMS), and
• Marketing Automation Tools such as Zapier, Mixpanel
• Landing Page Optimization, CRO - Conversion rate optimization
• Deep SEO Knowledge – On-page/Off-page
• Deep understanding of UTM tagging, reporting, site optimization
• You are awesome with Google Analytics
• Digital Website or Portfolio required as well as a positive attitude
