Head of Design

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Excellent leadership ability
- Excellent eye for visual detail and what makes something “pop”
- Strong background in visual design
- Strong background in user experience flows including wireframing and mockups
- 8+ years in visual/design roles
- Previous experience as a Lead or Head Of in a visual/design capacity
- Take pride in your deliveries

Bonus points for…

- Passionate about gambling games
- Tertiary education in design or other related fields
- Strong portfolio of previous design/UX work
- Having an opinion on craft beer

Joining an existing team of super talented artists, you will bring leadership and direction not only to them but to the developers and business responsible for the products. You will help define the visual language, player interaction and balance the user needs versus the user wants for our products. You will help champion good design and good user experience at all stages of the development lifecycle by being an influencer within the company.

This means you are a relationship-building powerhouse; you communicate clearly, you are comfortable working across all business verticals and organisational layers. You are excited about the opportunity to build positive relationships needed to get work done – yours and others. You can sweep people up with your charisma and you have the ability to socialise and “work a room”.

As Head of Design, you are responsible for the visual aspects of Relax Gaming’s award winning products. Whether it be our ever-popular avatars, the placement of a crucial betting button or the flow of a lobby, you will have the final say. With the main goal of improving the look, feel and usability of all Relax Gaming products, you will leverage your broad experience in the field of design, user interfaces, user experience and leadership to help achieve that goal.

You will work in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia, which is widely recognised as one of the world’s most technology-oriented cities offering a range of cutting-edge solutions from e-residency to mobile parking. Free Wi-Fi is available just about everywhere. Tallinn is also known as the “Hong Kong of the Baltics”, the “boomtown of the new Europe” or the “tiger of the north”. Our amazing office is located at the Rotermanni quarter – right in the heart of the city.

At the office, we have a never-ending supply of coffee, beverages, fresh fruit and snacks. Take a break on a Fatboy and enjoy the view over Rotermanni square, or perhaps challenge one of us to FIFA 17. Sometimes we arrange poker tournaments, both online and live ones! But don’t worry if gaming doesn’t knock your socks off, we arrange other fun parties and events on a regular basis as well!
