Operations & Shared Services (OSS) is part of IKEA Business Solutions with the common goals to enable large programs as well as fast, innovative customer focused projects while safeguarding running business.
Our task is to keep the lights on today and build the IT landscape for tomorrow, enabling IKEA to meet the many people! We do that by securing the daily IT operations for IKEA, delivering shared test- and integration services and infrastructure expertise and supporting IKEA co-workers 24/7.
As a Technical Analyst, you will play a big role within Team Application Delivery with all our infrastructure platforms life cycle management and development. You will need to take initiatives, interact with?stakeholders and vendors, lead activities following the ITIL based processes.
We see that you have a technical background and knowledge from working with Citrix solutions in an enterprise environment. Skills from any of the Citrix portfolio i.e. XenApp™, XenDesktop™, XenMobile™, Netscaler™ are preferable.
Coding/scripting skills will be considered as a bonus and preferable in the languages of PHP, Python and PowerShell. Additionally, you need to have experience working with directory services, storage, XenServer™ and networking concepts.
You are a good communicator and?fluent in English, both spoken and written.
