Reference number: 1966 We at Axis has started our journey to the cloud and is now looking for a person that can lead the journey within the cloud security domain. Help the different teams design software, giving input to security requirements and developing key security components. You will assist the teams with best practices and when new vulnerabilities are discovered you will take part in their analysis, planning and execution.

Part of your job will include collaborating with colleagues within the security domain in other parts of Axis, such as our embedded products.

Responsibilities:

You will play a key part in ensuring that Axis cloud/IoT platform is up to the challenge security-wise.

We have just started our way into the cloud and you have a possibility to be a part of that journey by help bringing video surveillance into the cloud.

With your security expertise, you will help the development teams create secure solutions by doing architectural analysis, compile best practices and help building/creating libraries.

You will be responsible for our security and vulnerability routines concerning our cloud initiative and writing white papers within the security area.

You:

Think security is important.
Have worked with cloud based systems for at least a few years.
Are a self-starter and possess strong self-motivation.
Have the ability to drive cross-team technical discussions.
Skills:

Have a good understanding of technologies such as Go, C#, REST, Angular.
Good knowledge of common web application security flaws.
Decent understanding of cryptographic primitives and their underlying principles.
Secure API design principles.
Amazon AWS or similar cloud platform.
Good understanding of networking.
Have an interest in the internet of things world.
