BSP Developer

Responsibilities & Tasks

As a scrum master:

•Coach the team to apply Agile values/principles and Lean disciplines
•Lead/facilitate the team ceremonies of the method
•Ensure the team follows the method in a disciplined way
•Empower the team and encourage self-organization
•Protect the team from interferences
•Visualize the team status
•Support the team collaboration

We are looking or a person that are interested in a combined testing and Scrum master role. You will be working as a scrum master and tester in a cross functional team in an agile development environment. BSP normally have four formal releases/year. But since we are working in a CI/CD flow we deliver working software to out stakeholders approx. every 3rd week and we continuously strive to decrease our lead times and improve the quality.

Position Qualifications:

You should be an experienced Developer with Testing profile.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

•Earlier experience and a wish to work as scrum master in a R&D environment.
•Highly developed knowledge in Test Automation and CI/CD
•Highly developed skills in Java/JCAT, Jenkins, scripting and version handling in GIT, Gerrit.
•Basic knowledge in Ethernet Switching and TCP/IP, incl. protocols (at least Mac bridges, Link aggr., VLAN).
•Basic knowledge in TCP/IP Routing incl. protocols (at least OSPF, BGP, Static routes)
•Good knowledge in O&M design, models and protocols (e.g. ECIM, SNMP and Netconf)
•Good skills to integrate, verify and trouble shoot in Linux based target environment.
•At least good competence in how the BSP and EBS components are working.
•Good knowledge in test automation and tools (Java, JCAT, Eclipse)
•Proven good technical leadership skills e.g. technical guidance of our partners & suppliers and coaching/mentoring
