Solutions Engineer

Position Summary:
• Effectively manage scope by working closely with clients to develop business value-based priorities for features.
• Assist Product Management by communicating client requirements that need to become new features.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise level clients of the GlobalLink suite of products.
• Coordinate installs and upgrades of existing products.
• Gather client requirements and gain understanding of their business model and use them to craft solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to assist clients to “language enable” their content management systems.
• Ensure client launch deadlines are met, and that proper risk analysis is performed. Work together with Sales staff to answer technical and non-technical feedback from client stakeholders.
• Be a point of escalation for any client support issues.
• Respond to RFP/RFIs.
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor.

Essential skills and experience required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Web Application Development
• Substantial experience in web application development and software development management
• Working knowledge of web technologies: HTTP/HTTPS, HTML, JIRA, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, AWS Cloud.
• Have a solid understanding of RDBMS systems (MSSQL, MySQL)
• Ability to gather data from the market and customers to analytically determine business priorities.
• Experience working with CMS/CRMs.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Substantial experience with IT systems as well as SaaS web applications.
• Substantial Experience in effectively working with external and internal clients to gather and organize user requirements, user stories, use cases.
• Substantial Experience performing in-depth analysis of large volumes of data, quality assurance based on requested criteria from business and operations teams.
