What You’ll Do:
You will lead the integration of new customers, handling day to day technical queries such as transaction, settlements, OTT/DRCC, bank related issues, and chargeback transactions. You will also follow up on customer related issues, both internally and externally. This role has a significant impact on our service delivery, and you will participate in some of our most critical projects.
To be successful in this role you will need the product expertise to answer customer questions and understand and pursue opportunities to up-sell.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
•Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Technical skills related to API integrations and a general systems understanding
•Payments industry experience and good knowledge of card association’s rules and regulations is highly preferred
•Helpdesk experience and project management work experience is meriting
•Linux (or any UNIX dialect)
•Java, C, COM and/or XML Knowledge
•Database and SQL
•Reporting tools or advanced Excel
•Implementing API:a, web services, payment systems or other systems
•Friendly and helpful team player who shares knowledge, experience and information
•Collaborative and skilled communicator who is fluent in anticipating customer needs
•Accurate, structured, able to prioritize and take initiative
•Excellent written and verbal language skills in English is required, including the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with others. Fluency in Swedish is preferred, but upon other relevant language skills not required. Proficiency in Portuguese or secondarily Spanish is highly advantageous and a big plus
