Software Engineer - Payments

Our payments teams build services in Scala and Erlang, ensuring the smooth flow of money between merchants, consumers, partners and banks.

Our services are built in Scala and Erlang and deployed with help of tools such as Docker, Ansible and Jenkins.

We work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles; Microservices, the Cloud and Continuous Deployment are at the heart of everything we do.

You should get in touch with us if you would enjoy:

Coding in either Erlang or Scala (you won't need to have previous experience with these languages).
Creating REST API’s and working with message queues.
Working with the entire lifecycle of a service, from writing application code and tests to deploying.
Building and running web services where uptime is a priority.
Working as a team; we respect and support each other, practising agile methodologies including pair and mob programming.
Deploying code multiple times a day using automated pipelines.
