Skilled Android App Developer

We are looking for skilled App Developers? to join our team and help build a platform for next generation vehicle user experience. You will play an important part in building up a new development organization from the ground up, providing insight in engineering practice, implementing new features, improving performance, and building beautiful user interfaces.What you’ll do Collaborate with a small, autonomous team of developers, UX-designers, and product owners to find end-to-end solutions to important problems Implement these solutions for our Android application platform, adhering to Android development best practices Help your team solve problems in a way that makes sense for users in our target group and our codebase Who you are You have a deep understanding of modern Android development You know how to write readable, maintainable, C++ and Java code You are experienced with Android development tools including NDK You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high-quality code You have released at least one app or have a project in the works that you can tell us about - 1-3 years developing Android Applications - Experience and knowledge of best practices developing Android UX/UIs, custom views, and animations - Understanding of Android framework components, Activities, Fragments, Services, Lifecycle, etc … - Experience with Android Studio - Experience working with Android NDK and C++ native code - Knowledge of OpenGL a plus
