About us

We are a team of roughly 10 people working with speech systems in the Infotainment department. We design and keep control of the development of the speech system in different generations of cars. We are an interdisciplinary team formed by computational linguistics and engineers.

Job Description

The dialogue developer is responsible for creating, refining and maintaining the different dialogue flows that form a complete conversation between the user and the system. The dialogue flows are primary developed using the Teneo Studio platform from Artificial Solutions. A major part of the task is to cooperate with other stakeholders such as product owners, system designers and software developers. The dialogue developer is expected to have good social skills and a positive attitude towards working with different stakeholders.

Work tasks / responsibilities

• Develop dialogue flows using the Teneo Studio platform.
• Participate in all the dialogue development roles assigned to the dialogue team, for example quick prototyping, flow developing, bug fixing, writing dialogue tests and writing system documentation.
• Design dialogue flows based on use cases in close cooperation with product owners.
• Work closely with dialogue platform supplier to find the optimal implementation for each flow and the best design for the whole solution.

Qualifications

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in:

• Spoken Dialogue Systems
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end systems integration with SDSs
• Knowledge of REST APIs or web services
• Knowledge of Groovy, Java or Python
• You have experience or knowledge of all phases of the software development cycle.
• Preferably you have skills in agile software development.
• You are creative, self-going and able to work with vague and shifting requirements.

• You have a university education in Computational Linguistics or similar skills acquired from other sources.
• You are comfortable with working in an international environment where English is commonly used when talking to colleagues, while giving presentations and writing documentation.
• You find it easy to document your work and express your ideas in writing in both Swedish and English.
