Your tasks:
- Develop and extend Java-based services (like Jenkins and Gerrit)
- Provide highly available, scalable, automated and supported tools and services using technologies like Docker and Ansible
- Perform troubleshooting and support our engineers
- Drive continuous improvement of tools, infrastructure and methodologies
- Be a part of the open source communities of our tools

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
- Extensive experience with SW development in a Java environment
- Extensive experience with SW development in a Linux environment
- experience with SW embedded development
- experience with Python development
- experience with CI/CD
Wanted competence
- IT infrastructure/network, cloud services, test automation
- Javascript frameworks
Work language: English

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
