What will you do?

We are looking for someone with a selling personality and broad understanding of how to meet business objectives and user needs. Your main focus will be to create a world class user experience for our digital customers. You will be the main point of contact and key support for digital user experience within Stena Line, both for digital Travel-, Freight- and Onboard-applications. You will design functions supporting our customer acquisition-, conversion-, upsell- and retention strategies. In this role you will act as a link between business stakeholders, graphical designers and technical teams to influence decisions from a user experience perspective.

You will also:

• Develop the result by visualizing the interaction by user research reports, concepts, mock-ups, wireframes, interactive prototypes and such
• Identify local best practices and implement throughout the group
• Support and educate local sales and marketing teams

Who are you?

Except from being passionate about digital experience, you have a solid understanding of digital/web/mobile platforms. You have previous experience throughout all phases of the UX chain; design strategy, concepting, planning, user research and UI design. You also have a suitable university degree or equivalent. If you understand how to meet business objectives and user needs and how to transfer findings to improve user experience, you are the perfect candidate!

You are comfortable with working in a cross-functional environment and a natural when it comes to collaboration as well as influencing and inspire people around you. Combined with strong analytical skills, you are a person with positive can-do attitude & ability to achieve set goals and targets. You are fluent in English and previous experience from e-commerce is meritorious.
