Development Lead

What you'll do

- Collaborate with other development teams, Product Owners, QA and Operations to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration
- Contribute in the team as a senior developer
- Continuously inspire and develop your team of engineers
- Evangelize best engineering practices across the engineering team
- Play a key role in architectural and strategic decisions

YOUR PROFILE

- You have 5+ years of solid .NET and MS SQL experience.
- You have experience of developing and running a backend with high volumes of transactions
- You have a good understanding of modern engineering practices when it comes to develop high quality, maintainable code
- You think that Continuous Delivery is great and believe that automated testing is critical to achieve that
- You know what it takes to build a team of 2-4 developers, and understand your role as a leader. Leading a team to solve complex technical problems while achieving their full potential motivates you.
- You bring energy, positivity and drive to the teams you work with
- You enjoy driving design discussions, assessing technical alternatives, establishing best practices and mentoring others
- You are structured and have great communication skills

BONUS

- You have worked with AWS or other Cloud provider and know how to deploy, run and monitor web services.
- You have telecom experience
- You have some Linux experience
