The systems and environments have different levels of complexity, your expert knowledge in C# and .Net will be essential for these web based systems. You will transform business requirements to a solution with sustainable architecture. Also, you’ll secure the long-term quality of implementations by providing roadmaps and direction. Your responsibilities
The job of a system architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-dos include:
- Work closely with our business and business analysts to turn requirements into technical solutions
- Together with system responsible and business analyst you are responsible for planning the team’s deliverables
- Lead and support the delivery team in the technical analysis
- Set guidelines and roadmap for the delivery team’s design and development work
- Responsible for the technical collaboration between your team (local and offshore) and other teams within H&M
- Responsible for the implemented technical solution

And your skills include:

- At least 3 years’ experience as an architect
- Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience from working with distributed teams
- Experience from working with integrations and complex systems in large organizations
- Solid experience in systems development and web development in Microsoft environment: .Net/C#
- NET Framework 4.5
- NUnit
- Entity Framework
- SQL
- Javascript framworks (jQuery/AngularJS/KnockoutJS)

You will be located in Stockholm, with stakeholders and end users mostly across Asia and Europe. The delivery teams are based in Stockholm and in India. Business trips abroad may be required.

The IT department is an important part of the company’s business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company’s systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers “Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way”. The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
