Senior and mid-level Project Managers Telecare

Dfind is now looking for two Project Managers (one senior and one mid-level) for consultant recruitments for one of our clients in Lund. Consultant recruitment means that you initially will work as a consultant for Dfind for 8 months, with the ambition to thereafter transcend into an employment with our client.

Experience

• Documented experience as a Project Manager within the Telecare area
• Protocol
• Main gateway
• Sensors and/or wearables
• S/W projects
• IP protocols
• Communication with Alarm receiving centre
• Positioning (GPS/AGPS)
• Java/Android to some extent, even if no need to be skilled developer, but knowledge useful when analyzing logs etc

Tasks

• Ownership of telecare eco-system from a technical perspective
• Handle some projects of new models & variations within Telecare
• Learn and master our own IP protocol.
• Be the one writing & reviewing specifications for new s/w projects (also for new models handled by other project manager)
• Perform testing & in some cases guide test leader/tester/s
• Ownership of projects during full life cycle since maintenance releases are expected also after launch.
• Advanced customer support to B2B
• Skilled trouble shooting, including analyze logs of protocol (Possibly the other position could take lead of this task)
• Customizations & adaptation for B2B customers.

Personal experience

• Use to work in an international environment
• Fluent in English in both speech, understanding & writing (Swedish & French & other languages are desired by not mandatory)
• Great communication skills
• Analytic
• Big empathy for the elderly & concern for their well being
• Self going
• Easy to combine complex tasks with more simple tasks. A typical day include discussing new projects with high level managers but also testing, flashing phones and even packing parcels and other simple tasks.
• Use to work in a multisite development
