Tester with programming skills

Software Skills are looking for testers with programming skills on behalf of a large consulting company in central Gothenburg, for a longer assignment at a world leading product company.

:: Description ::

We´re looking for two testers with programming skills, one experienced in Java and one in Python.

We are investing in Test and Verification within the Active Safety, focusing on areas such as Collision Avoidance and Autonomus Driving. For this, we are adding an additional internal team for various clients in the automotive industry. Our internal teams work with part- or full-time commitments to clients.

Here you are working with a whole bunch of talented colleagues who help each other to deliver results and solve emerging problems together. We are a mix of experienced and less experienced engineers with different domain knowledge and background. We can have several different project commitments within the team, and work according to our Automotive Agile methodology where everyone participates and contributes in both planning and execution.

:: Skills & Requirements ::

- You have, or are interested in taking the ISTQB Foundation Level certification and have an interest and understanding of the test engineer role.

- Some knowledge of the selection of different test method porticoes and strategies.

- Understanding the different parts of the testing process and various test levels and test types.

- Software development skills in Java or Python

- Experience and knowledge of working with control technology in Matlab and programming language CAPL is a plus.

- Expert user of Linux

- Experience in network technology is preferred

- You´re smart, get stuff done, have great energy, and thrive in a fast paced environment

- Driving with B authorization is meriting.
