As an Optimization Expert you will work with mathematical modeling, algorithmic development and performance tuning as well as taking part in research, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. You will be working in a highly experienced team, active in all phases of product development. Your tasks will require you to combine strong problem solving skills with optimization theory and solid software engineering.

The successful candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated and enjoys problem solving, but still has an eye on the big picture. You must work well in an agile team and be communicative and open. You are eager to take on challenges and see possibilities, where others see obstacles. You should enjoy variety and multi-cultural environments, but most of all you should want to make a difference!
We are looking for Optimization Specialist - mid level & senior level.

We require
PhD in Optimization/OR or minimum MSc + 3 years’ experience from developing similar applications
Strong C++ skills with proven track record of industrial product development
Strong problem-solving skills
