UX Designer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven product designer to refine our product's simplicity and create new, stunning, and unique user experiences.

You're actively involved in defining product strategy and creation, all the way from research to prototype to implementation.
Thinking holistically in terms of design systems and making rational design decisions.
A champion of mobile design and usability, knowing when to maintain or challenge standards.
You are comfortable with leading and directing the design effort in cross-functional teams, and your collaboration skills are unparalleled.
You thrive in an open and honest work environment built for fast feedback loops.
You're obsessed with improving your skills and pushing your limits as a designer.

Requirements

At least 5 years experience of digital product design and user-centered design.
Experience of designing and producing mobile applications.
A refined sense of aesthetics and a deep understanding of visual composition, hierarchy, balance, and symmetry.
A true team-player, being agile, self-driven and used to communicate and develop ideas together with users, product managers, and developers.
Knows what makes a user experience good or bad, being able to distill complicated problems into simple and elegant solutions.
You're used to challenge conventions, methods and processes to improve yourself and your team.
You're as comfortable with facilitating a design workshop, as you are producing pixel-perfect icons and conducting user research.
You want to work in a team with world-class developers and designers, creating a connected car product that make people smile, communicate and dream.

Springworks is building the ultimate platform for connecting cars. In November 2015 Telia Company became the first partner to launch with Springworks' platform when they announced Telia Sense (Nordics and Baltic region). The Springworks connected car product will be launched with other operators in other markets.
