As our UI/UX Designer you would be a key member of our team, working closely with our development team and taking an active role to ensure the delivery of a flawless working product.

You have excellent problem solving skill, are full of energy and are always willing to help. As our UI/UX Designer you would be a key member of our team, working closely with our development team and taking an active role to ensure the delivery of a flawless working product.

REQUIREMENTS

- You deliver great user experiences that are useful (doing the right thing), easy to use (doing it right), beautiful and on brand (appealing).
- You are a designer at heart, with a keen eye for beautiful and on brand design and user interfaces.
- Your designs are based on customer insights and requirements learned from workshops you run with users, clients and stakeholders.
- You iterate your ideas and designs until you have achieved a good balance between technical constraints, business requirements and user needs.
- Technically minded, perhaps you coded websites in HTML/CSS and responsive too. As a result you gained an appreciation of how things are built, allowing you to be at ease with developers, listening, learning, debating and articulating your design decisions.
- Your skills cover Graphics Design and Information Architecture
- Experience of UX tooling, specifically Sketch, InVision, and Photoshop.
- You already posses an online portfolio that demonstrates user-centric thinking ingenuity and design skills.
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking, Spanish is a plus
