Solution Architect - Retail industry
Dassault Systèmes (DS) has 125 employees based at several sites in Nordics countries. We are looking for a Solution Architect for our customer in Stockholm. You will be a part of our Industry Services team and report directly to the DS IS manager in Sweden.
DS IS is the Service entity of the Dassault Systèmes group. We provide consulting, integration, education, support and engineering services to our Customers transforming their business processes with PLM Solutions. We address the entire portfolio of Dassault Systèmes.

Your main objectives will be to:
- Create overall Solution designs for Customers
- Drive the adoption and implementation of our technologies in Customers? complex IT landscape
- Develop new opportunities for services and software
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction
You will work both post- and pre-software Sales:
- Supported by the DS ecosystem, including your peers, DS R&D and Customer Support, you will design Solutions with Customers to maximize their return on investment
- Working closely with our Sale forces, you will build the right Value Proposals combining software, business transformation and project management.

This position requires travel within Sweden, occasionally elsewhere in Nordics and Europe.

Main activities
- Analyze business requirements and help Customers to form future process scenarios
- Build and align Solution design or Value Proposal, Customer scenarios with Dassault Systèmes PLM strategy
- Lead and review onsite and offshore implementation team deliverables to reach Solution targets
- Support Sales team to develop business opportunities and add value to Dassault Systèmes software offering through Services to expand our footprint
- Support the future Service organization growth in Sweden

Experience & Personality
- The ideal candidate shall have at least 5 years/substantial experience working with ENOVIA CBP applications in the retail, apparel and consumer goods industries
- A bachelor degree or higher in an Engineering discipline, computer science, software or IT related discipline
- 5+ years? experience in PLM domain
- 5+ years? experience of process mapping and consultancy
- Industry experience is valuable: exposure to high tech, industrial equipment or energy market customers is a plus
- Technical competencies in PDM, ERP applications and system integration: ENOVIA V6 or equivalent, CAD integration, Java development, web technologies
- Project management experience
- Excellent problem solving techniques
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Able to deliver in international work environments
