We're seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join iZettle at our Stockholm HQ. In our tech team, which currently consists of about 45 people, you'll find self-directed teams within Testing, DevOps, Android, iOS, Security, Backend, Support, Web and Project Management. We have a passionate, open and friendly culture and we're constantly reviewing our work, learning from each other, and sharing our knowledge.
Responsibilities:
As a Test Engineer you will be part of a team that delivers top quality releases in both self-made systems and third party products. You'll work closely with our test engineers and developers, keeping up with existing testing tools, techniques, processes and requirements. Furthermore, you will be testing new releases, writing and executing regression tests and implementing new tools and methods.
- Work closely with business owners, developers and fellow test engineers
- Aid development teams to ensure resolution of reported defects
- Create and maintain automated test cases
- Plan and execute manual test cases
- Help ensure our working processes are effective and efficient
- Understand underlying system architecture and user requirements
Requirements:
We assume that you have several years experience in agile testing in complex systems and with various techniques. You’re passionate and enthusiastic about your work and possess knowledge of both manual and automated testing using different methodologies. As an easy going and driven person you'll be joining a small team of equally committed colleagues who are aiming to change the payment world.
- Experience in testing in agile projects
- Bachelor in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience
- Extensive knowledge of different testing methodologies
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
Extra plus for:
- Understanding product development
- Understanding agile development processes
- Experience in test automation
- Programming skills (.Net, Java, iOS, Android etc.)
