Altran, World Class Centre Innovation & Design is growing and recruiting a Senior UX/UI Designer for global projects. Altran WWC ID, are working in all areas of Innovation. Today our biggest Sectors are: Automotive, Life Science, Financial Service, Industry and Digitalization.

Altran WCC ID is now strengthen our creative team in Malmö and our goal is to find a team member with the capacity to run projects in house in close collaboration with the customer and act as a team leader for bigger project where part of the UX/UI-team will be located in our other sites in Europe.

Anticipate, Help clients to make decisions about strategy, innovation and user experience insight. We anticipate new trends, technologies, business disruptions and future usages that could impact our client’s business, preparing them to act. We carry out specific research and formulate recommendations, as well as providing continuous scan-to-act services.
Co-Create, Design and develop new experiences, digital solutions, products & services
We help clients drive their markets by creating & designing user centered solutions – new experiences, products, services, HMIs and business models – solving complex challenges in deep technological environments.
Launch into reality, Launch developments and business models
We help clients transform their new concepts into reality. We do this in product development – from design to prototyping to small series production – and in business model development to confirm value proposition and market demand, by means of proven, agile, custom-made processes.

Equipping our clients to systematically deliver new and disruptive solutions, putting in place the culture, organization, processes, and skills that help them reach their full growth potential.

We know you have extensive knowledge within user research, UX/UI, creativity workshops, process and a track record of great implemented projects. We believe you have a +5 year senior UX/UI design and team lead. And we hope your passion is to create awesome user experiences based on market and user insights.
