UX Designers within IoT and digitalization

Join our rapidly growing Business Advisory team who lead the digital business transformation for clients with an international outlook based in the Gothenburg region; a hot market for IoT and digitalization. We are looking for UX Designers who will help our clients to capture the opportunities of the connected world.

We are now continuing our rapid growth of the Business Advisory team at Cybercom in Gothenburg. We are looking for people who love working close to end-customers and clients and who can participate in formulating the big picture but also quickly visualize experiences for customers and users in both low- and high-fidelity prototypes. Cybercom offers challenges with complex problems in exciting projects within the connected world delivering both in the advisory and technical teams but also as an expert at the client. You will work with tasks such as:
- Working on projects together with advisory or technical teams or at clients involving IoT and digitalization.

- Selling our UX capabilities offer to both new and existing clients together with a sales person.

- Prototyping and validating concepts with end-customers and end-users.

- Participating in user / customer research to identify the most important opportunities

- Presenting and inspiring groups from management teams through to frontline workers.

- Keeping yourself up to date on news and trends within digitalization, digital transformation, UX design, prototyping and UX tools as well as other things that you are interested in.

- Knowledge transfer to the rest of the organization.

Who are you?
As a person you are driven and brave, motivated by challenges and have a big innovative ability. You’ve proven your entrepreneurial spirit, and you prefer to validate your ideas with real customers and users where you can find your own test group. You are humble and understand how you should act in order to guide our clients in understanding the core of the idea and what value it will give. You are communicative and can hold a lecture in an educational way in order to visualize offers for CEO’s, product-, development- or marketing directors. You will work in a team that will deliver the highest quality possible which means you have good cooperation skills and a strong business drive where you constantly see new opportunities and improvement potential.
You have experience in digital UX design across different interfaces but preferably also physical design experience.
You will probably be familiar with the tools you need for crafting low- and high-fidelity prototypes - wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop Adobe XD, and with tools and methodologies for user research. It would also be a great advantage if you also have developer skills so that you can build front-end prototype solutions.
