Your main responsibility is to lead our newly created Platform team that supports the four areas that we work within. You will ensure that the platform is in perfect shape so that the development teams only need to focus on building business logic. Your team consists of five people and they are developers, DevOps and a security officer. You need to ensure that the team continuously improve by doing code reviews, doing tech talks and so on. Together with the development teams you will build common components, be responsible for our delivery components and so on. In order to be successful, you need to have a strong background as java developer and being used to coaching other developers.
You will report to the VP Engineering and be based in Stockholm
What we need
You are a multi-skilled, solution oriented person with a positive can-do attitude. You are capable of working cross-functionally and internationally in a fast changing environment. In our work things can change fast, so you are also flexible to changes in priorities.
You have experience from Spring Boot, AWS, Jenkins, Docker, coaching other developers, system architecture, CI/CD, TDD, building/using APIs, NoSQL, agile development.
You have an applicable university level education. You speak and write fluent English (Swedish is not needed).
