We are looking for a System Engineer to the leading company within broadcast-techniques, Vizrt.
Vizrt creates leading-edge content production tools for the digital media industry, from award-winning 3D maps & graphics to integrated video workflow solutions and publishing tools and we are now in search of a System Engineer to their PS-team.

OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Vizrt looking for a System Engineer. Vizrt is expanding in the whole world and they now need to enforce one of their project teams in Sweden. The mission of a typical Vizrt project is to perform an initial or incremental system implementation and setup of a solution to help our customers to achieve their business objectives through professional delivery of Vizrt software and services.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Vizrt is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Vizrt.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The overall responsibility of a System Engineer (SE) at Vizrt is to as part of a project team or individually, deliver high quality systems to our customers, and always keep the best interest of Vizrt in mind. The System Engineer reports to his Team Manager and/or the Project Manager who assign tasks to be done. The SE works independently and takes full responsibility of the assigned tasks, that they are done on time and with high quality. A project can vary in size and duration but will usually cover design, installation, configuration, testing and training services till Go Live. After the Go Live the system gets handed over to Support.

Typical tasks för the System Engineer are:

* Installation, configuration, documentation, testing and bug fixing of the systems
* Integration with 3rd party hardware and software
* Troubleshoot different problems within the systems and find effective solutions for the client
* Use remote access or travel on-site to customers to ensure a successful delivery of the system
* Participate in team activities, cooperate with colleagues and providing feedback

This position suits you who wants to work in a technical advanced role close to the clients. You will work in an international office in Kista, Stockholm, with over 20 nationalities in the office with a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere. Vizrt is also a global leading IT-company and there are many evolvement opportunities within the company, both in Sweden and internationally.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have an academic education within IT

* Have at least one years work experience in a similar role
* Understands English fluently in both speech and writing
* Have practical experience in one or several languages such as Java, C, C++, Javascript, SQL or Python

You will work close to the client in different projects and system, therefor experience in video/audio programs, production asset management systems, editing system, transcoding or automation is welcome!

Since Vizrt is a global organization, a second language such as Spanish, French or German is considered as an addition qualification.

As a person, you are service minded and result oriented with the client in focus. You have a great analytic skill where you can see a problem from different angles to find the best fitting solution. You are striving the make the client satisfied, without costs for the company. You feel comfortable with setting bounderies towards your clients and use your great communication skill to keep the strong relation.
