Responsibility for solution delivery in Oracle Retail, overall quality of deliverables.
Responsibility for Follow up with other Team members

Be a part of the team that creates solution descriptions and design documents
Communication to both internal and external colleagues.
Prepare, arrange and conduct meetings and presentation with customer as well as with the offshore team.
Relevant professional training/experience; more relevant certifications

We expect you to have
Excellent knowledge in Retail processes & systems, Supply chain Management industry domains
Excellent business communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, team management & motivation skills
Exposure to solution life cycle management (concept, design, market and monetize solutions/ services) , Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements
Working experience in multiple countries.

8 to 10 years of experience in providing Oracle Retail MOM suite & Inventory Management implementation and maintenance and Support on Oracle/Java platform.

Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java and UNIX Scripting.
Should have provided Proactive suggestions in the Business Area with his expertise
At least 8 years experience in Retail Business processes

At least 5 years experience in defining and reviewing technical requirements for the Oracle RMS application.

At least 5 years experience in creating technical designs for the individual RICE components, based on the business requirements provided in the RICE functional designs

At least 5 years experience in the detailed design of application and technical architecture components
At least 2 years experience in developing and unit testing assigned RICE objects as well as fixing defects
At least 5 years’ experience in Oracle Retail customizations/extensions methodology

As a person you are
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in Swedish office timings and shifts
Added advantage for relevant training, certifications in Oracle
Must to have minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Healthcare & Pharmacy Domain
