We are now expanding from Sweden to several international markets and are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer that has the ability to identify and address bottlenecks and drive internal development projects to help streamline and support our business growth.

Your role

As our DevOps Engineer you will work in a diverse role were you designed and manage the development of our underlying tools, our park of virtual and physical machines and the processes that enables us to develop and operate our products, that in the end provides insights to our end users. The tasks range from higher level tech strategies to hands on development.

You will work with a focus on automation and play an important role in shaping the DevOps agenda and architecture of our leading analytical platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of the infrastructure, including participating in architecture discussions, testing, analysing and prioritising requirements in an agile environment and also anticipating our future infrastructure needs and researching new DevOps tools and technologies. You will work together with our experienced developers, in a team that shares a complete end-to-end perspective of our systems - covering development, maintenance, operations and IT-security.

Your skills and qualifications

You have a solid technical background, experience with continuous integration & delivery systems and knowledge of best practice in DevOps environment. You have worked with technologies and methodologies such as

- Infrastructure automation with e.g., OpenStack

- Overall *nix administration

- Containerization potentially orchestration tools for deployment with e.g., Docker

- Continuous integration and testing with e.g., Jenkins

- Experience and understanding of coding and scripting (we’re using Python)

You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar, or are self-taught with equivalent knowledge. You have a high degree of knowledge of IT-security (e.g. network and application security, threat management, IDS/IPS) and ideally also within the healthcare industry and of managing large amounts of data. You are fluent in English ( working knowledge of Swedish is a plus).

You have a track record of finding pragmatic solutions to complex problems with a view on total cost of ownership, and you have a genuine interest in technology. You are self-driven with a can-do attitude, committed and you make things happen. You are also a collaborative team player who thrives working as part of a team to achieve success.
