Academic Work is on behalf of our client Atlas Copco looking for a Visual UX Designer for their Industrial Design and Human Factors Office.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The Industrial Design and Human factors office is looking for an experienced and driven Visual UX Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with Visual Design for web applications across various platforms and mobile, experience working in an enterprise or/and industrial environment. The Industrial Design and Human factors office is an internationally awarded specialist competence team with global responsibility for Industrial design, Ergonomics, UX design and surface design within the Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Business Area. We work in close collaboration with the developing units in Sweden, Italy, Germany, UK and the US.

You will participate in creating innovative industrial products; maintain and constantly refine visual design and cross platform style guides. You will work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure work is always meeting high expectations. You are expected to support with visual concepts, ideation and digital underlays to meet with deliveries and deadlines in projects.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Education:

You have a B.Sc. in advanced visual communication or HCI, fluency in English is required, both written and spoken and other languages are meriting. You have experience in using programs such as Adobe CS and have a knowledge of various prototyping tools.

* Experience:

You have +2 years of experience of working with visual UX design in mobile and web applications. Experience with embedded systems is a big plus. You have a portfolio with documented participation of applying the visual design process in projects, strong styling and understanding customers by doing user research. We expect you to have a solid knowledge of typography, color theory, UI design, and layout principles. Experience in data visualization is a plus.

You are a dedicated, self-driven and engaging person who in a professional way can present your thoughts and inspire others with them. You have a superior aesthetic eye for details and can transform this into visual concepts. You are good at collaborating, multi task, promote an open minded culture and demonstrate creativity.
