Are you a service minded person with experience from handling pictures, copy texts and product data management? Then perhaps you would like to join our team?

We are looking for a short term position (6 months) to Stena Line Onboard Services, a fully owned subsidiary to Stena Line Scandinavica. Our mission is to function as the purchasing function within Stena Line, and to develop as well as deliver company-wide concepts within Food & Beverage and Retail to be implemented onboard all of our vessels across Europe.

You will be part of a small project team. Your main responsibility is to get our item data and pictures within Food & Beverage and Retail organized, updated and categorized. Other tasks are:

• Organizing picture bank
• Update copy texts
• Update and organize product data
• Contact with purchasers, managers and suppliers in order to get pictures and texts
• Contact with stakeholders of the picture bank

Who are you?
We believe you have worked a few years within picture handling and copy text. Understanding and handling different systems comes easy to you. As a person you are motivated by learning new things and adding value to both the business as well as your personal development. You enjoy working with details and maintaining a good structure. As a true service person, you are passionate about getting the best for our customers and work hard to exceed your goals. You know the importance of good teamwork and you are also able to work independently with excellent results.

To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You also have knowledge in Excel, Access, and preferable in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar.
