Qualified Technical Illustrator

Your main tasks will be: Producing technical illustrations to support the communication needs of our clients. Appropriate medium and styles are selected in conjunction with our clients’ requirements. Most work is two-dimensional although there may be a requirement to utilise 3D visualising software creating photorealistic renderings and animatons from customer CAD data.  Interpreting our clients’ business needs through illustration standards.   Multi-tasking: our technical illustrators often work on more than one brief/request at a time.   Using a wide range of media, such as Adobe applications, Macromedia tools and any other application required by our clients.   Producing accurate and high quality work.   Working well in a team, working to tight deadlines.  
To be successful in this position you should have: Technical Illustration diploma or the equivalent   Fluency in English, both written and spoken   Experience with technical illustration software including Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Itedo Isodraw, 3D Studio Max or the equivalent etc.  Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles   Up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines   A good eye for detail and a consistent and analytical approach to your work  Flexibility, "let's do it"-attitude and good co-operation skills  Previous working experience from the automotive and / or the telecom industry is considered an advantage.
