About the job Our team of 100 IT professionals in Stockholm, Vilnius, Tallinn and Riga are responsible for delivering all Application Development and Maintenance services to our internal customer Group Payments & Cash Management and also to E-commerce & Consumer Finance

As a Mainframe Test Analyst you will:

Conduct functional and/or integration testing of multiple programs in the IBM mainframe environment, TDE and mobile environments 
Provide test planning and writing test cases, test case automation and execution
Troubleshoot mainframe batches
Manage test environments and test data to ensure that preconditions for testing are met
Documenting test results, status and defects
Review business requirements, technical designs, and test artifacts
Work with stakeholders from business, developers and test analysts to develop more intricate test plans, conditions and cases
Provide objective feedback to the development team and communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues
Identify and recommend design processes to increase efficiency, performance and reliability (automation, load and performance)
 

What you need to succeed  To excel in this role, you will need:

Several years of IBM mainframe testing experience, including using COBOL, JCL, DB2, MQ, SQL, FILE-AID, QMF, SPUFI, MVS, VSAM, TSO, ISPF
Experience in test case designing, identifying test data needs and set up, testing techniques and test optimization methods
Ability in handling Systems, Integration, Functional, User-Acceptance testing and Black Box testing
Hands on experience in QA Testing and Manual Testing
Business knowledge in banking area (Payments & Deposit)
Experience in test automation and test data management process
Ability to read Cobol code of small to medium complexity and trace the errors
Good spoken and written English language skills
Permit to work in Sweden
Also, it is a plus if you have:

Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Experience in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool for writing test cases, executing, updating results, handling defects
Experience in using Jira 
Agile experience
Swedish language skills
