Configuration Manager

As Configuration Manager you will work with both a short term and long term focus in order to secure Teleopti’s position as a reliable partner and the ”best-of-breed” vendor in Work Force Management solutions.

Due to the shift from on premises installation to the cloud we now need to develop our configuration management process further.

Your responsibility spans from the developers’ check in of code over testing and to installation. Maintaining and improving our build-, test- and deploy processes is a part of this. You will be expected to create structure and traceability in the lifecycle of our software solutions in order to support the way of Kanban and enable continuous integration and delivery.

Part of your job is also to facilitate the developer’s work day, for example in terms of enabling rapid feedback from our automated tests. Development teams, service desk, product owners, Microsoft Azure and colleagues in our offices in Sweden and China will be the people you will work most closely with.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience and practical knowledge of the configuration management function and process. We believe you have a background as a CM consultant or in a role as Configuration Manager ready to take on more responsibility.

You have experience from software development in a cloud based environment, (preferably Microsoft Azure), test driven development and Scrum and/or Kanban.

Further requirements:

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Experience and knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Team City, Jenkins or equivalent
• Experience and knowledge of .NET, and MSI script
• Understanding of Windows client, Windows SQL Server and IIS web server
• Scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Fluency in English

You will be part of an international environment where more than 20 nationalities are represented. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Stockholm office in Garnisonen in Stockholm. You will report to the Chief Technical Officer.
