Software Developer C++

PrimeComp is looking for a software developer in C++ for a new project in a global industrial mining company. As a software developer within C++ you will be working with real time programming and develop systems which controls mining machines. These machines are for example in the mines and on roadworks. It is a lot of automated functions and since the development goes more and more towards autonomous machines, our client needs to build up their team with more software developers. This position offers you to be a part of the branch development.

Your assignment will include:
• Develop within C++ in Linux
• Be in place in the field and out in the factories to provide support regarding the software
• Working with developing the architecture, optimizing solutions as well as improving our working methods

The team works agile with Scrum and Kanban. You will work with par programming, unit testing and taking advantage of the senior skills available in the team.

PrimeComp office is in Västerås, approximate 1h drive from Arlanda International Airport.

We are looking for you who have great interest in C++ wants to program in Linux environment.

You need to:
• Have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. from University or relevant experience of C++
• Have a good understanding of different software systems
• Be fluent in English, both verbal and written

It will be considered an additional qualification if you:
• Have experience of working in Linux
• You are fluent in Swedish
• Have experience of unit testing

You are also accurate and pays attention to the details of the work and make sure to take them into consideration.
