As a Customer Advocate, you will work with tasks that are essential for our customer’s everyday life, when their technical staff build, maintain or operate aircraft or other complex and long-lived technical equipment. You will get close to your customers and help advising and guiding them on how to handle their complex data and how to get an efficient overview of the information that must be readily available to them at all times.

What will your responsibilities include?
• Be a trusted advisor of the customer and the primary interface with the customer during the whole life-cycle, including participation in customer meetings, and ad-hoc travels to customer premises
• Manage and control customers project in terms of cost, scope and expectation
• Ensure that the quality of the delivered solutions is in line with the contractual obligations (maintenance / support agreements)
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the Tier-1 team, as well as product and project owners
• Support deployment/upgrades of Authoring systems (CMS)
• Support deployment/upgrades of IETP solutions.

Who are you?
You have an engineering background, great insight into complex software solutions and preferably a background within the Technical Documentation domain. You truly like to interact with customers, and you have both the capability and the desire to understand customers’ challenges and translate them into creative solutions within the given time. You are aware that success in IT projects is dependent on a strong cooperation, flexibility, effective communication and a resilient drive and dedication. You have a good knowledge of/experience with several of the following areas:

• XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO
• Exposure to software development, preferably Java
• Scripting (shell, cmd)
• Oracle, including installation
• Java and JEE
• Tomcat, Weblogic or another application server
• Technical documentation standards like ASD S1000D, ATA (iSpec2200), DITA
• Technical documentation in general
• Linux, Windows

Further:
• You write/speak English fluently
• You hold a Swedish Citizenship,
o can be cleared to the level of confidential by the Swedish Authorities
o are living in Sweden as you will be handling protected data from our customers

Education
BE/ B.Tech/ B.sc/ MCA/ MSC or any equivalent degree
