Dreams is looking for a Senior Lead Android Developer

Lead the team in an agile transformation
Build features and contribute with code
Take lead on mobile architecture
Support and guide junior colleagues
Actively engage in knowledge transfer in the team
Engage with the entire organisation to gather requirements and help the organisation in its agile development

You have strong background in engineering and programming - preferably a master's degree in computer science. We expect 6 years of professional programming experience, specifically in Java, and over 3+ years programming Android. In order to guide your team in our agile transformation, a certification for completing a scrum training and at least five years of working in an agile team is expected.

To be successful in this role you will need:
The skills necessary to guide and coach a team from previous experience as team lead
Understand the complexity of working on a global app, preferably with previous professional experience.
To be able to design and implement the architecture of a mobile application
To lead implementation of CI processes for mobile teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills to guide teams, communicate with the entire organisations and document the systems
Strong understanding of business requirements and experience from working closely with business and product stakeholders
