Main Activities and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for both driving UX work and coordinate cross different UX team. You will work actively in pre-studies and projects in close cooperation with Business Analysts, Architects and Customers as well as drive development and changes of our UX work. You will also work closely together with the Design Department at Volvo Group, when setting the design of our telematics solutions.
You will be leading a team that is very self-driven, independent and that are convinced that we will be the one to lead the future development of telematics solutions. As you will be working with team management, customer demands, user demands and adding business value you will be constantly networking, building and maintaining good relations.

Profile
With your long experience from design and agile mindset you’ll get the possibility to be one of the front riders of this journey – as Senior UX you will be UX lead in different initiatives. Therefore, we believe you are/have:
•University degree in industrial design or equivalent
•A designer background with portfolio from previous work
•At least 10 years’ experience within UX and design work
•Preferably leader background

But most important of all, your personality is your key to success. You should have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions due to our constantly developing and challenging environment. You should also be a structured and innovative person with strong customer focus in combination with a business oriented attitude in order to perform well in this role.
